ladderinventory

hey,

I accicentally inserted a ladderinventory in my new map and now I have an invisible thing in my map which cannot be walked through.

can anyone tell me how to remove a ladderinventory. When i search for actors and choose the ladderinventory it snaps to the location where I einserted it but you cannot see the actor itself

Please help
