basic lan (home) server setup question

Hello,

I want to practice my ut2004 skills so I had decided to put up an LAN server at home where I can pratice some invasions and later some deathmatches against friends, now the problem is, at first there was only one possible gun: the super shock gun, and there is very low gravity...
How can I set up that my health dosn't gain while I'm not under attack?
People are able to pick up weppons (otehr then super shock guns

)
And there is a possibilty to pick up adrenaline and health, well just a basic normal game ;-)

Please help

Turn off the mutators.
