Can I get a custom head model?

(Hope this is in the right place...)
My request is mostly for a custom head model attacted to the Virus cybernetic body. Its for a clan I'm starting.
Its based off of my fan character in the Sonic Hedgehog universe.
Some of my drawings (All done with a mouse, so if they suck...) to get an idea of the face, and such.

The face splits from normal to mecha as so- (And also something I drew up while bored about UT...)
Semi Front.
(Dont add the mustache...)
Straight up front.

If you CAN do the body... that would be perfect, but... just the head model will do. And could he get a 'Frank Castle' scowl? I want a pissed off look about him.


Also- what would be the cost for the work done?

Can anyone help me out? If just for the model, I can skin it myself. (Or so I believe.)
I read somewhere about not leagally being able to pay for models, but I'm sure there is nothing wrong with donations to the modeler for the services.
