Forceing Skins?>possable?<

I want to start a server ,where all players are forced to be a certian skin depending what team they join when entering the server "not color but skin"
Is there a serverside way to do this or a mod or something?

I also want to force bots to be certian skins depending on team spawn as well. When i go and configure some bots as one skin and some bots another , the teamskins are always mixed up. i want a skin for each team.

when you join some monster hunts you are forced to be a default model. is ther a way to change which model that is? in a ini some where?
