Lightbulb Importing Alternative to UnrealEd

Is there any tool out there that will let u add/view/modify utx/usx/ukx/etc without going through UnrealEd?

UnrealEd Bogs me down. =/

UTPT allows you to view the contents of most packages. As for modiying packages, I'm not entirely sure.
I make the impossible possible ... ... ... to some extent.

Cant ucc import/export textures and meshes??
isnt this done in the resource pakages.
Ive never actually tried this myself so I dont know what you can and cant export via ucc. Im pretty sure it does pcx,tga's. Meshes it does a .3d file and lightwave I think.

Really though ucc is part of unrealed.:P
