"Invalid cd key..."

Every month or so it seems that I startup ut2004 and thid "invalid cd key" thing pops up and I have to reinstall the whole damn thing. this is getting agravating. I have tried to lok for some kind of pattern (like after a spyware sweep etc...) and I still have no clue. Something writing over something in the registery? Is there a quick fix for this so that I don't have to reinsall all over again?
