What function is the mouse wheel function for vehicles in?

I'm trying to duplicate the ability to zoom out with the mouse wheel for the pawn as well, and I'd like the behavior to be similar to the zoom out vehicles have. I can't find the section where the mouse wheel function is located, however. Help?
