I wanna learn how to skin
I wanna learn how to skin but I can't find any good tutorials, I need some great skinners to teach me.

I've tried skinning before but everytime i try, I paint over the fine details (ie like symbols or crests on armour) I wanna figure out how i can paint with dark colors but not paint over details

Get Paint shop Pro(the Trial it lasts for 60 days). Then get the DDS plugin so you can open the files Ued puts out. then use that to skin its better than Upaint.
but a tad bit harder. It allows you to replace colours and save all the little details. Hope i helped.
