There is a batman model (i think for 2k3 which will work in 2k4 albeit without the vehicle anims probably.). There's also a nice Gordon Freeman skin for 2k3 which will work in 2k4 no probs. I'd like to see a Sam Fisher model too - that shouldn't be hard to do for those 'in the know'... Though I'm not advocating copyright theft [Legal Disclaimer]

I have the batman(its from a comic pack) and I think all the comic book characters weer sucky looking, also you have to tweak their stats too make them do anything smartly, even in GODLIKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
