Help with a Class Based gametype

I am making a gametype with 2 Classes, I want each class to be on one team, like the Aliens for Red team and Marines for Blue team, I also want them to force there own models to what class there on,


If someone could please help me bind a class to a team, and too force a player model to a class that would be EXCELLENT
