HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

damn glitchs!!!
sometimes when trying to play a practice match the game will crash when it trys to load a certian map.
What the Hell? do i just have a corrupt install??? and yes i have the latest patch and addon pack installed i dont know if the later is a help or a hinderance at this point either. =(
