Weekly Recommended Update
After revamping their security system, the Weekly Recommended site has been updated once again with their recommended downloads. This edition includes:

Looking at the map, (CTF-Aedes) I think the occasionl fireless torch is intentional. If you look, the lit ones are always in the shadows... the unlit ones are in the sun. No point in ruining the lighting in a map by making it too bright. I doubt its a flaw in any case and is intentional.

Just talked to bot... he comfirmed it. It's a key element to good lighting - you don't need to make sunlit areas any brighter, so why have torches that are lit there? You can still have the torch itse;f, but it doesn't need to be lit.
