It´s the same person .Also there are 3 models in the .zip-file .
From the read-me :

Author: Tof
Pseudo:Papillon
....
model Name: Lyn
model Name: Kaolyn
model Name: Lonaka
....

My apologies to the Author then if he saw this, but I hope he understands that there are people out there who try to submit work that isn't theirs...
Guess I was so quick on the draw about it because I've been a victim of that myself with a map me and a friend released...
We saw it 3 weeks later on another site submitted by some shmoe who probably never opened UnrealEd in his life.

I really appreciate your post.This way we can have a "clean" site.
We don´t tolerate ripped or stolen work @ SkinCity .
But sometimes you don´t know that it´s stolen or ripped before someone informs you .
