The WebAdmin mutator list of INF 2.9 was limited to only allow up to 50 mutators being presented within. So if you have more mutators installed then you were unable to select them all using the WebAdmin interface.
The new version of the INF_Admin.u package has no limitation anymore and is 100% compatible with the official 2.9 release version of the package.
So, if you want to access all available mutators from within the WebAdmin (means if you run a server normally), then you can simply download the attached INF_Admin.u file, place it in your UT\Infiltration\System folder and replace the original .u found there. Maybe make a backup of the original file for the case any unforseen problem might show up with the new version (which should not of course).
Again, the file is 100% compatible with the official release version. So no mismatches will happen between systems that run the old or the new file!
