No, actually we're fine with displaying sexual images, it's the US guys who are supposed to freak out...however the excess violence (the poor dog) might be a problem...

Has anyone been able to get into the open beta test? In reality it isnt a open beta test because cd-keys are limited, so not everyone can get in. On top of that there are so many players to begin with that new servers are coming up to support it. Way to laggy from what I have read on the offical lineage 2 message boards.

Lineage 2 does look cool though. I hope that it is released with good reviews. The first lineage was a huge sucess over in Asian countries, with over 1 million accounts. This game is on the Unreal game engine too, so that is a huge plus.

I'm in the "Open Beta", but I don't play much...it's a nice game, but UT2004 is more appealing for me

I was playing as a Dwarf chick...
who was consatly stalked by a dwarf guy trying to offer me candy and to get into his van.

My friend signed up on like 7 accounts and finally, like 2 or 3 days later, got the email sent to only one of them. It seems pretty random. I'm lucky that I got into closed beta, because my account / install work fine to log into open beta (Swanky McNubnub, pictured above, is my new human character

) Right now, it's not laggy in game... the lag is all the Net Congestion when trying to log in. It can take 25-50+ times of hitting "login", retyping password, and hitting "login" again, etc, to finally get in to a server. Hopefully, the 4th server they're bringing up, will alleviate that. But, it is beta still
