Does that really matter? A 2k3 maps works on 2k4 after it gets rebuild it in the editor.

The map is looking good so far, I hope the framerates are better now, I tried the A-Symetrical version a while ago and it was hardly playable due to low framerates.

Yeah, I remember playing the original too. Impressive mapping and a super cool idea, but my poor little machine couldn't hang.

I'll definitely give this version a go!

Some more screens showing changes ..lighting not final yet but getting there the last shot is a aerial of-map shot just to show the new layout

Having just looked at the screens they are a lot harsher contrast wise than they are in game! but like I said I will tweak lighting a fair bit before final

1. Did you have to re-register?
2. Do you have a widescreen monitor?

Typically if your display is 1024 pixels wide, it is 768 pixels tall.

I will answer all three Questions here ....1st No idea! how it will run on a Radeon 9700 Pro as I have a NVFX5800 ultra but at the moment the map is running at 25+ frames better than the original at its lowest frame-rate points...But I never use anisotropic filtering with unreal engine games especially UT as there is a large frame rate hit for little increase in IQ.... a bad trade off imo and in the case of this map I need every extra frame I can squeeze out! So try turning AF off.

2nd.."Isn't that week over yet? I wanna play this!"
No it has just begun..as my wife keeps reminding me! ......In fact posting this reply puts me in mortal danger!!!

3rd.."If this is half as good as the original I can't wait to get me hands on it"
It is better in every way! ....Better visually...speedwise...and gameplay!...Can't wait to play it myself....
