Ut G.o.t.y skin

Can somebody make a clanskin for me ?

My skin should be a soldierskin:
A normal head with black hair and black glasses.
A black costume with on the back in red letter *{E@}*
And red panths with nice black shoes.
And the name should be EAskin

I would like somebody that can make it look nice not like a cartoon and somebody that allready made a nice skin.

Ps: i would like the .utx also

The skin must come with the UTX file for it to work.
The UTX file is the Texture file where all the skin artwork is contained.

Also, when asking for something (Especially if you don't wish to pay for it!) you normally say "Please".
