blah blah blah... How do ppl make such nice textures??

i have seen the recent model called badger badger, and i was wondering, how in the world can u make such nice skinning??? I cant belive the author actualy drew all the fur on he model, its just not possible.. Where, How can i make skins as nice as that one... i just dont get it..

What is photosourcing??
also in Upaint how could i say copy and paste an image i found on the enternet onto my work?? plz teach me something...

ok so i scan a magazine and i have the picture i want..thats great.. how do i paste it onto my model in upaint?

I don´t know . I´m not experienced in skinning and photosourcing .
