and i want so bad to make one, but i won't have time for quite a while.
so i'm recruiting someone for some php/mysql web development help. i've posted in Mod Development and on the front page of BU but to no avail: I've received no responces.

Actually, development on a website for this mod has already been started and is well under way. The organization for the site has been flushed out and we're in the process of developing a few visual designs for K0lpA to pick from

I forgot to mention that we've already got a domain name and placeholder page for the mod:
