unlimited ammo mutator?

i do not know were the hell i should post this topic so ill just post it here...

anyone know were to get an unlimited ammo mutator for UT2003? if so, please do tell.
see iv found one (here) but whenever i install it run the game and click on instant action the game stops running and it gives this error message.
