Lineage II is a Massively Multiplayer Online Game using the Unreal engine. It is currently in beta testing in korea and the North America beta will may be starting early next year. The Lineage II North America team is currently looking for in-game customer support representatives in the Glendale, CA and Austin, TX areas. Responsibilities will include testing new game content, establishing in-game policy and assisting remote Customer Support staff with monitoring the game world, investigating player issues, assisting players with technical and gameplay questions and tracking and reporting game related issues. Were looking for strong team players who can work equally well independently. Scheduling flexibility is essential; schedules will include evening, weekend and holiday hours.
