Need help thinking up a design synonomous with blood, bleeding, bloodsucking.
I really wanted to try and come up with something on my own, but I'm drawing blanks. So, I'm posting here.
Anyways, I'm designing the etched applique for my case window. I named my new PC "Blutsauger" (german for bloodsucker, I think I got it right - correct me if I'm wrong) after the incident with my finger. So, I need something to coincide with this! Remember, it has to be able to be designed with just 2 colors (clear and slightly opaque  )I don't want the standard vampire thing. I also don't want a bat. That said, give me your ideas. I'll do the graphic work, you just give me the concept  Please, keep it PG rated. I attend a Christian college, and I really don't want to push the administration too much.

it could work... Perhaps a bunch of leeches from a distance and then the appearance of a leach sucking on the window? Maybe.
More ideas needed. |

Or you could think up some twisted machine designed to drain the fluids from the body. Hoses, needles, gears, pumps, tubes, etc. |

I think what would be cool is find one of those bags they store the blood in, fill it with some fake blood or whatever & hang it on the inside of your case, with a light behind it or something.

Heh, well, nevermind on the IV bag. Brought it up with my mother, she said absolutely not. And, since she paid for the computer, her say goes. Even if I don't fill it up with somthing, she says no. Anyways, IV bags deteriorate, that's the primary reason.

Gah, i really wish I could do the IV mod.
hrrm... wait. I wonder if a glass IV would work. Argh. Gah, I really want to do something with an IV now. Ok, any ideas on what to do with an IV? Either for an etched applique, or for something on the case. Maybe I could get an IV and rip it open on the sides, and paint the inside - then glue it back together. An actual IV would kick butt, so I'm going to see if I can find anything on doing something focused around that. |

I say just take someone you really hate, put their head against the case and shoot them.
If that cant work out for you though then the IV thing is a great idea. The only problem is getting one. Know anyone that works at a hospital? |

tool: Yeah, the problem is though, they deteriorate, according to my mother (who was a nurse).
She seems really touchy about this. She doesn't like my case modding, even though everything I do is non-permanent (The veil isn't done yet, btw - still waiting on her to do the sewing). Maybe she thinks it's a waste of time and money... Especially since I'll be leaving for college in less than 3 weeks (it'll be my junior year) and need to be preparing. I think I may hold off for a short while. I'm going to talk to her tonight about it. Before anybody suggests it - I know, I'm 20 years old, and I don't have to listen to my mother - but I love and respect her, and she DID pay for the computer, so it's her choice
