From playing on servers with the patch and old UT2K3 maps, I'm pretty sure it does it automatically.

I have Faceoff 1.2 but does any one know when the next update is going to be out plz keep doing a great job on the game

How did you get FO 1.2? There's only 1.1 to my knowledge, and according to it FO is dead way long, it wasn't even ported to UT2k4.
You should try Tactical Ops, when it's out, donno when, from what i heard similar to FO. Cheers.
