Voice Packs

No one on the UT thread seems to know (or care) about voice pack modification. Does anyone here know how to creat new voice packs for the game?

Initialy I will be running these packs on lan games. once we have developed a good voice pack perhaps it could be more widly used but for now all I want to know is how it is done.

I saw a webpage about doing this. But I can't think where.

So sorry, try doing a search on some of the big sites (PU, Voodooextreme, Bluesnews) it is on there somewhere...i think.
