i'm here cus i need help

i've got a graphics assignment that involves a survey about mobile phones due in on monday and its saturday at the moment so i cant conduct my survey at school so i thought i would come here

so if you could plz answer the following questions it would be a great help, Thankyou

1. do you have a phone?

2. if so what brand of phone do you have?

3. what is your primary use for your phone?

4. how often do you use your phone a week?

5. how many text messages do you send a week?

6. does your phone have picture taking capabilities?

7. if so how much do you use this feature?

I can say I don't like cellphones, but accept that they're a necessary evil.
Sometimes, even I need to contact someone when they're not at home.
But never before have I seen so many people being so illitterate.
They all have the vocabulary of a bloody caveman!
I swear, if our civilisation crubles, it's because of Microsoft word and Nokia cellphones!
And now you're gonna send pictures and stuff?
What happened to 'meeting people in real life'?
Was it too hard?

I mean, I'm totaly socially dysfunctional, but I still like to meet people IRL sometimes...
OK for text-messages, as their purpose is the transmition of raw information (at least when I'm at the helm), and if you can't meet people because they live on the other side of the planet, sure, but if you live in the same town, then all the technology should help you with, is to set an appointment to meet the person IRL.
I'm not being technophobic, mind you. I only value social over technical.
How in Pete's name did we all survive in the dawn of civilisation when we only had phones to use?
