nessy could be real, but i doubt it. It is possible that a creature would survive in an isolated area for millions of years but very unlikely. There is a lot of evidence though, and it's happened before.

Cool I believe in...

The legendary QaPetius Lordius. Rarly seen, this mighty creature is rumored to have the power to move entire online communities from hostile hosts with a wave of its finger(favors using middle finger).

I think Bigfoot is a left over, not a missing link. The smaller ones possibly a member of the australopithecines, and the larger probably an even more robust Neanderthal.

As far as mythology...most of them. I read an interesting article on how some of the ancient myths might have come from old fossile bones that were found, and then someone adapted a hero/storyline to fit that peice. I thought that was interesting.

From my viewpoint most of mythology serves a good purpose, either telling history or teaching values.

I seem to recall Medusa was the pretty one...

Or do you really mean Madusa?

There's different versions, some she's pretty, some she's ugly, some she's pretty then becomes ugly

Actually she was born very pretty, but cursed by Athenae for her insolence to believe she could rival Athenae's beauty.

But Medusas sisters were all monsters... some were pretty, but only the part that was human.

But I think SW may have written Madusa on purpose anyway... I looked it up and found there's a female wrestler...

I think I saw Yeti hitting on some women at the bar the other night. Or maybe it was some guy with too much back hair.

No, but I might add I always believed dragons and other mythological monsters refer to dinasaurs or huge mammals... ppl always talk about dinasaurs, but there have been a lot huge mammals living at the same time as modern humans (homo sapiens that is).
What do you call the big tiger with the huge teeth (the extinct one ) in English btw?
