Need a better / longer sample from the actual 'chorus' / most known sequence.
Though I think I hear an echo of 'O Fortuna' (which this song isn't).

It sounds very Enigma-ish, or an Army of Lovers song, but just guessing here and don't know it's title.
Good luck in finding out what it is as the intro sounds good!
