I'm not sure if we are recruiting any more civilians, but go ahead and post in the Recruitment forum of the AFA Messageboards.
If you are able to play online, the AFA2 server (with RealAim) is full of people that play realistically. I think you would really enjoy it. Also, the clan GhostDogs {GD} play like a military clan. Check them, and other clans that are recruiting, out in the the INF Announcements forum.

Your chances might be better if you applied with {GD} . They tend to recruit more people more often than AFA.
