UT99 Startup Crash, 4GB GPU Ram?

some logs. Tried with OpenGL, D3D, fresh Installation. Dont work just crashed (The Application have found an error and need to be closed).

I think its the 4GB of my GPU (Nvidia 680).

Maybe some of you know how to fix it?
