I can choose skin and I have them all putted in the right folder textures/system...but I can´t see them....is there more....aaaarrh! whyyy?

im having the same problem when i use milkshape 3d,i make the skins and when im finished i follow the tutorial instructions from some website,and when im "done" it wont show up in the game when i look for it
