How so? They're also balanced. The Scorpion is faster and can beat a Goliath using it kamikaze,a Manta with it's charge ball, and infantry with it's blades. A Manta can beat a Scorpion and a Goliath with it's maneuverability and rapid fire, and infantry by running them over. A Goliath can beat a Scorpion, Manta, and infantry with it's gun. Then a Raptor can beat most ground vehicles with it's missiles but infantry can take them out easily with two Avril shots - so you see, it's a rock-paper-scissors balancing scheme, where each unit (vehicle) has strengths/weaknesses against each other, and it's up to the players to exploit them. What we don't have anymore is completely useless, slow-moving infantry, an almost ignored Scorpion (be honest; the only reason you picked it up was because you moved so slow on foot - which is why the hoverboard has now been implemented), and the much sought-after solo rampage that would occur when a good player grabbed a Manta/Goliath/Raptor.
