Have you guys heard this rumor? Apparently it's sweeping the internet. Supposedly he raped a young girl in 1990, but will not confirm or deny if this rumor is true, nor will he release any of his criminal records, which could mean that he did in fact rape a young girl in 1990.

Everyone figures since he has a short form birth certificate (which anybody can get, citizen or not) he is a citizen. But it's just one of those cases where the charge is just too dumb to even bother acknowledging (although there is a lawsuit going to trial over it I think).
