I think ole Bill should just close house, take all his money, run off to a secluded island and tell the Govt, screw you, and don't expect any help when all your pcs crap out after a mysterious virus wipes them all out. The Govt sux, 'specially when they take heed to a bunch of whiners, like Netscape. If they're so mad that Microsoft beat them, they shouldn't give their software away for free... ugh...

the govt is just being used as a tool to satisfy vengeful corporations that aim to put microsoft out of business, and to gain all of microsofts patented technology. If you ask me, the govt is being very Socialist.

He wrote the classic work "The Art of War", which is famous for being referenced by Japanese business men, who were anonymously quoted as saying "Business is War".

Bill Gates could say '5crew you' to anyone who asked him about viruses anyway, whether he'd ran away or not, he has enough money.

Bill Gates Rulz!!!! I know alot of people hate him. That is their right. I on the other hand admire his awesome business sense. I wish I had his vision and abilities. The man is a natural.

The actual breakup won't come for many a year. Bill in co have more than enough money to keep this in apeals for years to come. "Power to the people!" I've just always wanted to yell that

actually i have a few buddies that work for microsoft and the company rumor mill has it that billy boy is about to give a big old **** you to the govt and move the company to canada, being that it is only <100 miles away...

i think the justice dept has done waaaaaaaay more harm than good. do you people really want to go back to the days of multiple platform pc's where one company does one thing and then someone does another??? IT SUCKS but at least windows provided a standard to go by. i am a huuuge supporter of linux, seeing as red hat is right down the street from me here, but as a person that works in the computer industry and has since the days of multi-os's...

this ruling sucks...

course, it will be appealed for like the next 10 years....
