I have found this Quake 3 iron sights mod called TrueCombat, many of you may have heard about it before. It looks like a near mirror-game of INF2.86, except it includes ballistics and many of the iron sights are still inaccurate.
It has stamina, iron sights, ballistics, bulk, the only thing that one would dislike about it is the inclusion of overused common weapons and nothing unique.
