What Mod/Mutator was it?

A few years ago, I used to play with a mod/mutator that added a powerup on a random pathnode and when a player got it, it gave him/her shield-belt, amplifier and some other power and it toggled an event and mostly it was that guy against everyone else... and I think it added an halo or something to the one with the powerup. When that godlike player was killed, the powerup was dropped or spawned somewhere else. I don't remember if it was Ut2k4 or Ut99. What was it?
