freezes during game

hey, my ut got some freaking freezes when someone is currently connecting in game while it s already started
that can lasting during 1 sec or so
any ideas about what could be the reason of these freezes?

It is a small lag from the server to check for new player.
It must be taken as something utils ;)

it seems that lag does affect only me and not the rest of player
or is anyone affected?
