yay! they just recently aired season 1 here in Germany, burned through all 10 episodes in 3 consecutive days, what a shame that I had seen all that a year before ;)

Yes, yes, yes, Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones! I never got into Boardwalk Empire, is it really any good? It seemed shallow from the few episodes I watched.

dude like is anyone watching the show?

I've been enjoying it more and more since the very beginning. it took me a little while longer than usual to acclimate to some of the characters because there's so freaking many but I love em' now.
never read the books but HBO rarely fails to disappoint when it comes to serial drama like this regardless of source material. outstanding show so far in virtually every category, especially pacing which is testament to the writing and acting given how thick the lore and bloodlines run.

season 3 premier was tonight.
anyone else been following along?

My son got me hooked on it. I bought him the Season 1 DVD set for Christmas, then he lent it to us to watch. That got us hooked to watch it now. So, bought Season 2, burned through that this weekend.

Sadly, no HBO here, so will have to wait until Season 3 comes out on DVD again to buy it and catch up.

It's THE only good show that I know of. And the soft core porn ain't bad either!:mwink:
