That`s wack! People who don`t make enough money to pay for their own health care would get even less money after the garnish. I`d like to see them garnish my wages......I don`t make any! 
How about people who make the most money pay a bit more for the coverage to help those who don`t make enough? But that would make sense, so no way would it fly!
