If these advertising companies learned to target there audiences then they would make more, we only need to look at BuF and PuF advertisement schemes to see that.
I don’t think anyone clicked on the casino or the ‘hump the monkey for a prize’ ads.
And all these Pop under ads just make me hate the company for using such tactics.
