  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

It has come to my attention that many people are still accessing CHiMERiC through the old PlanetUnreal address. We are no longer hosted by PlanetUnreal, and can now be accessed at http://www.unrealscript.com/ so please update your bookmarks or whatnot.

I asked PU to take down the site a week ago but it is still up - now you can get a glimpse at why we are no longer hosted there. :)

I would, but they managed to lock me out within an hour of posting the new website, and that was roughly 3 weeks ago. They've removed the link from the main PU page, but CHiMERiC is still up there, albeit with broken links because they won't let me touch it.

Argh.

I noticed the links point to chimeric.beyondunreal.com. It shouldn't be a problem for somebody from BUTT ;) to create a couple of server-side redirects to the right pages if you ask nicely.

Why exactly did chimeric shut down to start with...then re-open?
Did it stop because the person who was running it couldnt be bothered anymore and then someone else took it over?
*Please excuse my not-knowing-ness but i have been away from this 'community' for quite a while.

Yeah, I had 'shut it down' at one point due to the fact that I had very little time to dedicate to it, thanks mainly to work. But mrself-destruct offered to help, and now several more people are becoming involved, so CHiMERiC is semi-back in action.
