It's a sort of hack around but it's not a guaranteed solution as I've only gotten this to work once and only once.

Make the map with a Q2 editor. Open it in WorldCraft 2.0 and export it as a .dxf file.

Then try to import it as a brush in UED.

Now I've only done this once and got it to work but there was a lot of screwing around to get it to work right in UED.
