Open a php page with unreal

It's possible to open a php page, or a internet page, from an unreal map?
i mean, make a link with a php page and a wall (for example).
it's that possible? how can i do?

Generally, the console command "open" can be used to launch an external web browser if an address starting with "http://" is specified as the command's parameter. The question is, what exactly are you trying to achieve? What do you mean by "make a link with a php page and a wall".

i want open a php page from the map without using the console.
I mean, open an interet page when i touch a wall or another object.
it's possible?
