Dumb PS2 question

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

OK, I found some memory. Now I read the directions and it works fine. But I wonder. Do I have to keep my PS2 on to retain the memory? Will I loose my settings if the card looses power? The directions do not say either way, that is why I am asking.

Saph: Yes, you can turn off your ps2 when your not using it.
If you save something, it'll be there next time you go to play.
which leaves me wondering, what games DO you have?

I finished final 9, i wrapped Tony, and i got sick of MGS's antics when I found out i had to play through the rest of the game as a whiny, long blonde haired albino freak.
I want GTA3, but I havent gotten around to even trying it yet :(

also, you don't have to flip off the back to turn it off every time, just hold the reset button down for a few seconds, and it turns off.

They're flashable ROM cards. Turn it off and leave it off for as long as you like.:)
