I was going to transfer my pc mods to my ps3 using UFE (unreal frontend). I read that its located in the binaries folder but that folder is empty for me. Do I have to download it or does it come with the game?

Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
I thought it was UnrealEd. 
Be aware though that some mod content will not work on the PS3 (mostly custom audio related, I think).
