This is a gaming site, most everyone hear are moderate to heavy gamers, that itself is a huge risk factor. Sitting for hours at a time. Get up and get up often.
During my most heavy period of gaming I had serious health problems too. Was in my late 20's at the time and visited the hospital a few times. I decided not to go the med route and instead stopped spending my time gaming, which was just necessary since my work is also computer related and if I am going to have to choose one, it's going to be something I can make a living with. I move around a lot more, I walk anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes every day plus general activity mixed with my desk work, plus a better diet. About half of what I ate before junkwise is replaced with fish and whole non processed foods.
Best of luck!
