Using Kinect implies for me to prevent me saying "Cmon ladies" and for sure an intensive use of drugs like viagra to doing things like jampin and other monkey-related movement

Why? Consoles are great machines, with some superb first person shooters.

What I luv about these great machines:

- The modding tools the ship with the games.
- The dedicated servers every games get and build communities around them
- The free updates / bonuspacks
- How well FPSs are controlled with the M/KB delivered with the consoles
- That the games are cheaper than on PC
- That graphics are best of all platforms
- That they have Gigs of memory for complex level design and alike
- The pure horsepower for very advanced AI.

Oh it's true that the consoles do suffer in regard to the editors, and also that a decent gaming PC is much more powerful than a current console, but that doesn't stop the same game using both PC and console to their best advantages, it's just that software houses tend to write for the lowest denominator, but that's not the fault in UT3's case. UT200 was far better than UT3 in almost every respect, and the PCs need to run UT2004 were far less powerful than a 360 or PS3, yet look how badly UT3 turned out.

Granted if UT3 had been written solely for PCs then it might have been much better. But that depends on the games company, not the machines in question. It could equally have been much better if the PC version had been written specifically for the PC, and the console versions just for the consoles, but instead they wrote for the lowest denominator, and did an awful job of that. The XBox one had much better than UT3.

Does that mean UT was far better than UT2004 simply because less powerful machines can run it?

On the other hand, all the consoles do to look nice is decrease the resolution by a lot and make up for it by increasing the texture quality and covering it all over with bloom.

Of course not, although I do prefer UT to UT2004 personally. My point is that the PS3 and 360 could easily run UT2004 and yet were given UT3 which, graphics aside is (to me) inferior to UT2004 in every way.

True, but I'm not bothered about graphics, just features and playability.

it wasn't :\

Fair enough if you prefer UT3. But out of curiosity, why do you prefer UT3 to UT2004?
