I need help (XP)..

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

I'll get right to the point..

I downloaded a file, moved it, and tried to open it. I couldn't. This file is always "in use". It only sits there, I can't change it, I can't view it and most importantly, I can't delete it. Any suggestions on how to delete this file?

Thanks in advance for all your help.

More clear..

I've rebooted. Does nothing. Still in use. I've closed just about all my applications (save necessary ones) and it's still "in use." I don't know what to do!

No.

It's a 700mb movie file.

It's mostly a nuisance, but on a 20gb drive you need all the space you can get.

E, I had a tech support call JUST LIKE THIS. It's only happening on XP.

A buncha my bud's movie files are now unplayable, he gets the exact same error your getting and such. Reboots don't work. (He's Don Juan from the room331studs).

I have no idea what's up, it baffles me.

Just another reason why I won't go with XP.
