Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

Mutators downloaded from a server comes only in .u format. AFAIK you will need the .ucl / .int files of the mutator to see it in your list and be able to use it.
Try this:
Start - Run - type in cmd and hit enter
--
Type cd ut2004/system
--
Then type ucc exportcache FileName.u
--
It should export anything like mutators/weapons/gametypes to a corresponding .ucl file.
