I made a room and divided it by adding a wall but when i subtracted a doorway to join the rooms the lighting in the subtracted area was messed up. It was brighter than the surrounding sufaces.I fixed this by creating the wall with the doorway in a building room and then copying polygons to brush, then adding to my real room. Phew, is there an easier way to fix the lighting problem. Any help will be nice.

Instead of adding a wall in a subtracted area, make 2 subtracted areas and cut out a doorway between the 2.
