Water Woes

I am curently making my first level in unrealED 2.0 (i quit HL Worldcraft cus every level i made never ever compiled). Anyway i have some rooms which involve water. When i play on the map i lose framerate when in the rooms with water, whereas if i am anywhere else it is fine.

How can i fix this?

ive solved it now anyway, the level with the issue disappeared off my hard drive for some reason so i re-made it and its better, although not amazing by any standard. Although i am now working on a new level which is looking great at the moment.
